You see those websites that allow you to order prescription drugs online without a prescription.

How Is This Legal?

licensed-rx.com is one of many online like this.

Many of them also have affiliate programs - are they just bogus?

licensed-rx.com has a LIVE CHAT feature I used quick:

you: Do you have to have prescription to order the drugs on your website?

Dany: A doctor's prescription is not required to place your order. There is an online questionnaire and if necessary you will be contacted by phone.

you: How is that legal?

Dany: The FDA allows medications into the country for personal use only; but you cannot commercially stock generic medication under brand protection for resale.

Is this really legitimate?

I'd appreciate any input here, guys/gals.

Just so you know, many online pharmacies with "live chat" simply use an upscale AI script to answer common questions. If you ask it something not in its database, it has a stock "sorry" answer on the general subject.

Haha, yes you were most likely talking to a bot. And being outside the US and discreet shipping makes it possible.

As far as the compounding of these drugs - some of the raws are bunk or sometimes compounded to twice the limit. All sorts of weird stuff goes on.

I dont know if the site you were using was legit or not, but I know you can get prescriptions from different countries. I have heard they are not up to par with the ones you get in the U.S. but that could just be a deterrent, who knows. Either way I like to get a real script and have a real doc prescribe it.

I wouldn't however go applying to be an affiliate, just because I dont know about the laws and I dont want uncle sam knocking at my door, lol.

You do not need a perscription in Canada which is where many of those sites come from.. Some are also in other countries...

When I lived in Japan I used to order birth control pills from Thailand. I didn't want to go through the hassle of doctors for it.

They came just fine...

But some of the sites that I looked at originally *said* that you didn't need a prescription, but then when you tried to order it, you really did...
