What is the best way to get guest bloggers?

I need to attract some guest blogger. I need content to fill in my newly created bolg. What is the best way to get bloggers to write for my real estate blog?

      If you want anything more in-depth than what colour the sky is, and are looking for content which your readers will actually appreciate and want to share, this is the wrong place. One out of every dozen posts offered to you is acceptable. If you don't care about quality posts for your readers and just want traffic from search engines then by all means knock yourselves out...

    I don't know of the BEST way, but what I did was join LinkedIn groups that were in my niche and then post a thread asking for guest bloggers, also stating that they could link back to their websites or products, whatever. Before you post on any LinkedIn group though, I would advice that you read their rules so you know where and what to post.

    Here's something that I got sucker punched with that ya might find interesting and a tad creative.

    Hey - I usually don't guest blog - in fact, I've taken a break from my own for awhile. I have a friend who just put up a website and has a nice blog going. How the heck did he he get ME to write free for HIS blog?

    He had found some petrified wood and showed pics of it, then told his audience that maybe his friend Sal from Rockhoundstation1.com (with a live link to it) could ID his find for him. So he actually put me under the gun - (way under the gun since it couldn't be done just by looking at a pic so I had to explain the whole process of how to ID petrified wood). Then he followed it up with an interview to find out how I got into rockhounding, etc and so forth -- basically to give me authority and another link back to my site.

    I used to think Aaron was a tad of an airhead -- but after that one, I realized he's a lot sharper than I had noticed. LMAO.

    The best way? And that's your only criteria?

    This will work nearly every time.

    Contact the exact person you want to write for your blog and offer them a very generous payment in exchange.

    Very few things motivate people to action better than money.

    Try to exposed some of your members post so that other may follow in posting to your site because that is part of making traffic to them and lots of SEO interested to it as long as its a free membership.

    Technoroti can give you a good list of seed blogs to start with.
    Put those into quantcast, then go to the bottom of the page. Quantcast will list the top industry blogs.
    Now visit the blogs and look for ones that feature guest bloggers.

    Usually guest bloggers have contact information in the guest articles. Now contact the bloggers and ask them to write a guest post for your blog.

    I'm not sure how many people would want to guest blog on a new blog (what's in it for them) so you will probably have to pay them.
