It all depends on your website. What's the link?

Not trying to be harsh, but just from the content of your post, you've got a long way to go before you need to worry about pulling in $70k a month with a website.

I would suggest snooping around this forum a bit to learn more about the basics of internet marketing before doing anything (and yes, that includes buying some random WSO).

    Why $70k?

You may as well make it $100k.

Seriously though, have you have a long way to go. Start small. Then work your way up.

I would set your target for a $1000 a month and then work up from there.

depends on what you`re selling, at what price and how people respond to the product buy. You will need a whole lot of traffic to get that money, bot it is very doable.

    It's possible but I can't say if it's true.
If it's true, it's probably a membership site.

You seem to be a newbie ... very ambitious. You must learn to walk before you run. Do not wait for a step by step plan. Search this forum, do some tests and you will find your answers over the tries and errors.

  • Your questions 2,3,4, and 5, do not sound yet inline with someone who will soon be earning $70k a year, let alone 70k a month. (yet) from his website. Even though ambition is admirable, you might want to start with a lower more realistic initial financial target, and build a solid business with a foundation that is based on selling a solid product or service, as opposed to Amazon affiliate links, ad networks, and Clickbank, as those are most likely not going to get you anywhere close to your goal soon.

Well I'd need around 9,000 uniques a month to earn that going off my current numbers. But I'm sure it's possible, all depends on the offer and the quality of traffic.

One website and $70,000 per month? You must have a crazy amount of traffic.

I agree with the above, aim for $1000. Most websites, even that is a big number.

The way I see it is that if you aim big, you may fail big, but you should have something left that you are able to flip big.

    Know what I'm saying?

      Here's my suggestion,

Start with a little monitization of your site. Observe the effect. See how it affects your traffic. Does your bounce rate increase (people arriving and leaving quickly)?

Try different forms of monitization and see which one works. Don't do it all at once. Start small. Wait a few weeks between each big change.

I would create a website that provides value to your target market and offer services or products. Don't focus on how can i make X amount of dollars per month.

Once you have something to offer that is helpful to others is when you can start thinking about your business

70,000 per year would require 700,000 clicks which means approx 70,000,000 visitors. That would cost you approx $2,000 per month in hosting even if you use you tube to host your videos and pinterest to host your images. Also, get ready to pay 40% income tax to uncle sam. To make 70,000 clean after taxes and expenses would require getting about 300,000 in income. That means 300 million visitors and a top 100 alexa score. Good luck on that one.
