Traffic for Property Site

I have started a site to create property leads for people who want to sell their house, what do you think the best traffic is?

BTW I am UK based!

    Not too sure not in your niche but id say through google and also Setup facebook page try an generate some traffic from there join some forums property forums.

    What I can tell you, if you go for PPC, be careful. you could spend a lot of money on a website whithin this niche..

      My advice to you friend is as you are starting new website - which is great!
      Get 100 business cards printed - nice standing out design highlighting your
      website + contact details and distribute them out to friends, family etc.
      Nothing beats the word of the mouth to start the traffic moving into your
      site. That is the best traffic to you at this point.
