Will using these bookmarking sites increase your SERP?

Will these sites actually pass on PR and help an easy to medium competitive keyword rank(of course thats a loaded question, what is easy and not really) or are these sites so overused it won't make a dent in your SERP's?

    Yes they help greatly for tear 1 sites, make sure content is unique and have something like a 500+ word article and a picture which ranks for the keyword so Google credits it as a relevant info source for the niche.
