Hi, I made a commitment about a month ago to do whatever it took (legally) to quit my job. I've since started to learn everything I can about Internet Marketing and here I am!

I have two questions. Just to learn some nuts and bolts I threw up a landing page to promote a clickbank product and drove adwords PPC traffic to it. Lo and behold it's profitable! As dumb as it sounds my goal was to make a sale even if it meant losing money (I was just tired of being a spectator but not a player -- even a losing player.)

Well Clickbank cuts checks by mail every two weeks which gave me a classic slow receivables/cash flow problem. My first business problem! It didn't take long to blow through the little disposable income I had with PPC ads.

I'm now scrimping big time to save as much as possible to make a real go.

However, aside from setting up my adword campaign, doing keyword research etc, refining copy, building new targeted landing pages...what else can I be doing in the meantime while I'm saving up money for a healthy PPC budget? While I'm waiting would SEO be worth it? If so, I don't know the first thing about SEO. Where is a good place to start? What else? I want to make this waiting time as productive as possible so I can really hit the ground running. Would really LOVE your suggestions!

I also have learned a lot about PPC. Is there a way I can give PPC consultation for other people's campaigns in the meantime to generate extra cash for my own campaign? Is there a site where you can sign up to do PPC consulting on a free lance basis?

Thanks so much! Jim
