Support Software
What do you recommend to use for support software?
I have been with perldesk and with osticket. And they
are ok, but I ask and see what people in here would
recommend. Should have email pipe etc.
Will have a support staff of 10-20 people so it needs
to be easy as well. And that doesn't say a lot
