How To Start A Roommate Finder Business

Hey Warriors,

I've been researching potential business ideas and one that stands out to me is starting a roommate finder business.

I did some research and there are a few sites out there that are doing what I want to do. I feel that I could find a unique angle that would make my site stand out.

My issue is how would I go about marketing/creating the website itself?

Any suggestions?

    Creating the site, I would trust to a professional web designer. Good ones know what they are doing.

    Marketing, I would use Facebook and other social media like crazy, I would blog every single day and I would find a way to get the site on college campuses all over the place.

    Take some time to visit a few college campuses and put a flier on their bulletin board. Or whatever the school uses to advertise. I remember I used to have one of these at my school, it worked really well. You could also see how much it is to post an ad on apartments.com and sites like that. It would be pretty targeted traffic.
