What Other File Formats Do You Include With Your PDF ebooks?

I've published a few kindle books and want to bundle them together and sell them off my site. So I'll put them in pdf format but I'm wondering what additional file types people are including with their pdf ebooks nowadays? When I'm publishing to kindle I run them through the mobipocket creator so I'll include .mobi format. What else? epub? Any others?

I'm trying to include some other file formats to justify the price premium over the kindle versions.

Any other ideas on building value in order to ask for a higher price over the kindle versions? (Besides audio versions, I've already thought about that)

People who list books on Smashwords end up giving their customers a lot of options. Usually they're Epub, Kindle, PDF, RTF, LRF, Palm Doc, and Plain text.

I'd stick with .pdf and .mobi, personally. The rest seems like overkill.
