Paying For Traffic?

So I want traffic coming to my blog, (more than I have now) and people said to pay for traffic. Does anyone recommend anyone who sells traffic? Or would I be better off paying for something else? I just want to make my blog more popular since now I'm getting maybe one or two views a day if I'm not using Stumbleupon. Also, I should mention that I only want to spend about 10-15$ right now.

      I never said solo ad. I'm looking for anything to help with my traffic.

      I was thinking about paying for FakeTheReferrer and running traffic to it with proxies hoping that it will help with search rank.

        FakeTheRefferer charges a minimum of $150... so did you mean that your looking to spend 100 to 150??

          I didn't mean using their traffic. I meant using their starter service. And I have a program that will visit URL's with proxies. I was thinking using it that way might help with SEO.

          I'm a beginner. I don't know if this would work or not. That's why I'm here.

    I pay for most of my traffic, you wouldn't want to send paid traffic to a blog directly though. You'd want to send paid traffic to a lead capture page, or some type of direct response page you can collect info to follow up with.

    You'll waste a to of traffic sending it to a blog, after you collect their info a blog can be a great way to follow up with people.
