Hi everybody,

I purchased a product last week but it wasn't what I expected and I already knew the methods it was talking about. So I asked for a refund(There was a 56 days no question asked moneybackguarantee).

I asked 4 days ago but I still haven't recieved nothing. Not even an e-mail from him. The funny thing is that when I asked for other stuff like ,,I did not recieve login information etc." he responded directly. And now that I am asking for a refund he doesn't answer.

How long should I wait ? I already sent him 2 mails. If he will not respond what should I do then ?

Greetings
D.

If I'll contact PayPal will they send me the money back without further problems ?
Or is there a possibility that they can't give me my money back ?

If it was a digital product, don't be surprised if Paypal doesn't give your money back.

I had a legitimate non-delivery problem, (what I bought was never delivered, it was a software product) the seller claimed he delivered it, but I never received it. Since this was a digital product, Paypal never even gave me the opportunity to prove I hadn't received it. They spent 2 weeks to then say "since this was a digital item, it does not qualify for buyer protection" and closed the dispute. (which I opened after 11 days of trying to resolve the issue with the seller (who kept promising to provide 'proof' that they delivered, but never did).

So, I have one vendor out there who is now on my personal blacklist, and I have referred several people to his competitors since then whom I have had better results with.

Please people. Can you help me on this thing ? I created another e mail account and contact him. I asked him something about his product and he responded on the same day.
And with my other e-mail account, the one which i bought the product and asked for refund he doesn't answer. How can I report him to the authorities ? I don't live in the USA but he does.
Hope you can help me. Got scammed the first time and it really sucks ):

Maybe he just is busy or dealing with something else at the moment but normally this is not the case if it turns all of a sudden but once in a hundred times there is actually a genuine reason.

Leave it a few more days then file a un-authorized payment dispute and you will win 99% of the time.

It's horrible to know that still people are trying to scam especially when if everything ran smoothly then they would easily just go and carry on and buy from you next time and the seller makes even more.

Do not however use the un-authorized payment when it is not neccesary or true as trust me paypal do catch on and ive had many serial refunders banned from paypal for doing this to me.
