Is Neverblueads legit?

I have used them in the past and had thousands of clicks but no conversions. I was using a youtube video about teeth whitening yet out of like around 1k clicks not 1 converted. Makes me wonder. I have had success with Maxbounty but I like some of the offers over at neverblueads.

Just wondering if you anyone has had a lot of success with neverblueads or not? Thanks

      I did the Anthony Morrison classes and he said we would be approved when we applied and they rejected me after waiting 4 weeks for an answer.
