I just might be reading this too fast because I want to get back to Scandal but I tried looking into it. Does anyone know exactly what https://www.perfectaudience.com/ is and how it's supposed to be used?

    Never used them, but they buy fb ads cheap in bulk and then effectively resell them to you.

    You place their tracking code on your website and then when someone visits your website they are cookied by their system. Then next time that person is on Facebook and they are shown an ad impression booked by PerfectAudience, PA will display your fb ad to them.

    The advantage of this "re-targeting" is that the visitor will be more receptive to the fb ad because they will recognise your brand from when they visited your website. In theory.

    I have been using them for a few months mainly just using Facebook retargeting. I cannot tell you if my campaigns have been profitable because I'm not really tracking - But it is great for bringing people back and helping my affiliates recoup potential lost sales... Making them even happier to promote my products.

    Give them a try but because these clicks are so targeted expect to pay a very high CPC
