What is a good CTR / Opt-in Rate

So I just want to take a poll of sorts. What do you guys consider a good CTR on an email to a targeted list? Meaning they click on your link. Also, after they click on the link, what do you consider a good % for those that opt-in or buy something after clicking through?

The reason I ask is I believe I found something that may be of interest. I have ran some tests and I want to compare my results to what is considered "good".

If it turns out that I've achieved good results, I will turn it into a product
