Do I need an affiliate disclaimer? What if I don't have one?

Hi. Is it important to have an affiliate disclaimer? I see many people use them while many others don't. It's necessary to tell your customers that you don't own the products you sell on your website as an affiliate to be on the safe side while you kinda discomfort them by saying you make money off them. If an affiliate disclaimer is a come up where do I get it from or how do I create one right? Thanks.

    This is a legal question and you should ask a lawyer about it.

    If in doubt: disclaim anything and then again disclaim the disclaimer. LOL

    And if you need ides on how to word it: Google it.
