Multiple Signup Giveways - When to Use Which?

Hello,
I have two eBook "giveaways" that I would like to use to build my list. Currently I'm only using one, and I'm not sure how to integrate the second. I was hoping I could help get some answers for the following question:

1) the demographic I target would likely be interested in both eBooks - how does this change the game? They are not different eBooks for different demographics.

2) What do you do if someone has signed up for your list and downloaded eBook #1, but now has found out about eBook #2 and wants that as well?

3) I understand that I can use the two eBooks as giveaways on lead generation pages from external links (of course), but once again -- the potential customers would be interested in both books. Do I need to "just pick one"? Or should I A/B test and see which offer generates more signups?

The problem is that regardless of how they get on my list, the content they will receive is the same no matter if they downloaded eBook #1 or eBook #2.

Thank you!

why not make the second one a free wso here if its appropriate, you can also just make another squeeze page for the second ebook, the more squeeze pages the better...i think

It's not really appropriate for here. Basically I'm a dentist, and I develop websites for dentists. I wrote a website guide for dentists that I sell for $300 -- on my website only.

To join my mailing list (where I send out newsletters about general "Internet" issues as they relate to dental websites, seo, etc) I offer a free download of a copy of the TOC and the Intro to the book. Hopefully the person will either buy the book (great), or become a client (even better).

As for the 2nd thing, it's a guide about writing blog posts (for Dentists).

That's why I'm torn, as I think both are valuable.

    Thanks!
