Am I progressing?

My website - Blogging Resource (started July 13, 2013) Its about Blogging, SEO & after almost 2months i checked & result is -

Alexa Ranking - 7.6M
Complete PR - 18
Google PR is - ?
Google Index - 36
Bing Index - 20

But not getting comments yet, only 1comment so far!

Anyway... Am i progressing? Your suggestion needed

    If you are looking to do business you need to create a domain and a website at a real host not a free host like blogspot or wordpress.com which are fine for hobby or personal blogs.

    People won't take you seriously in they see you have nothing invested in your business.

    progressing? compared to the start? we don't have the numbers from earlier so it's hard to say that....

      From your starts,I would can say you are progressing positively but i am of the same opinion as RobinInTexas, get a domain and a website at a real host and you will be in for good business.

    The point is, it's not about 'progressing' or getting comments, it's about making money. Not matter how much you progress or how many comments you get, if you don't buy a domain now, all your hard work will be for nothing. You won't make any money if you don't invest in a domain or host. You won't look professional and people won't trust you.

    As for your results, they aren't bad, although it depends on your keywords. Blogging and SEO would be very competitive. You don't have a Google PR, and that is the most important thing, really (so if you aren't ranked, then that isn't good). What about backlinks?

        When you buy a domain name, you need to start building high quality backlinks with high PR sites. Then do some On-page SEO. This will help you rank higher a get more organic traffic.
