How to Filter Invalid Email Addresses?

Is there a reliable software out that that can filter Email Addresses based on some parameters?

I have over 200,000 emails from my member list.

Some of them seem to be spam and with addresses such as

tipsmgsfjgsgji@mail.ru
jd-minisote@mail.ru

How do I get rid of all such emails and refine my list with real email addresses?

    You can use email verifier software or Email Address Filter 1.0. These are the free software’s you just have to download and install it. You will be able to delete invalid and duplicate email addresses from your mailing record. One thing I like about the email verifier software is the privacy and security benefits that they have provided. I think you should try out and will definitely solve your problem.

    Plenty of software out there as well as services that will do it for you which is much better than the software since they shoot it through a mail server.
    They will clean the bounces and the spam traps for you.

    You can delete unopens in aweber.. Obviously these address would not have been opened so clear out email addresses that havent opened in 6+ months
