    If what you are looking for is to expose and get your blog out on the market.
    You should write something about it, then post it on niche-related forums, social media and blog everyday to make your blog more popular through google and other search engines.

    Social sites - use onlywire and tribepro
    Blog directories - a google search will give you a list a mile long

    You might not have goggled the thing you want. There are number of site where you can submit you blog. Some of the sites are dmoz.org, webworldindex.com.     Search in Google. You can get lots of site where you can post your blog. For example dmoz.org, webworldindex.com.

    Rest of this you can search in Google and you will get a different site where you can post your blog. But you did not clear that what kind of blog sides you need.
    Are that blog directories or social bookmarking sites? If you need to get more popularity of your blog then you have to write something about this and post it in every day.

    You can search forum sites, blog directories, and social bookmarking sites from Google and post it in a regular way. But every day you need to check how much people like your blog or how much you getting comments etc. Google can give you tons of places where you can post your blog but for this you need to get more time for searching the sites.

    you can add the following to google:

    blog: yourniche (to find blogs related to your niche)
    directories: yourniche (to find directories related to your niche)

    you can basically do that with any word. this way you can easily find 100s of sites where to submit your blog to :-)
