In regards to listbuilding.....

I am curious about your opinion on a front end offer. Lets say this is a make money from home niche. Lets say your backend product is more costly but is recurring revenue. You want to build your list with a less expensive offer. Cheap enough for them to take the bait but just enough to cover your advertising costs.

A lot of solo ad providers require that your initial offer must be free. I have read that the most effective route is a free offer with a OTO once they enter their name and email. I have read different things about what the price of this OTO should be but it seems about $7 is the magic number.

I understand if you dont want to give away what front end offer works for you but I am curious if I have my understanding of this correct and if anyone would like to add some input.

If you would like to PM me, I will gladly show you my back end offer in return for advice on what I should offer first in my solo ads and other paid advertising campaigns.

Thank you very much in advance for your input.

Dan you are simply going to have to test different strategies. There's no amount of advice here that is going to make any one strategy the best.

If you are purchasing Solo's, why not make your front end offer free for the first 10 days or so and then get the micro continuity kicking in after that for starters?

So you'll pay $40 per 100 clicks for for the Solo, and depending on how strong your offer is maybe you convert at 30%. These are numbers I am pulling out of a hat. Total theory based.

Now you have 30 subscribers who, if they don't cancel within the 10 day frame, are all paying you, say $9 per month, or $270 per month total.

On the surface that sounds pretty good to me.

Test something out and see what happens. It's a ready-fire-aim approach but it's also the best way to learn what is working and what isn't.

    Hi,

So I'm guessing you are just promoting an affiliate product at the front end right?

Otherwise you wouldn't be so concerned about others finding out what works.

    On the other hand though...

...You need to go out there and start throwing some traffic at the thing.

It's the ONLY WAY to see some numbers so you can measure your results
    and take things from there.

It doesn't really matter what we think of it it's what your leads/subscribers
    think really.

Get it out there my friend and test the damn thing.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

    Have a great day!
