WordPress Membership Site Recommendations

Hiya Warriors,

I am looking to setup a WordPress Membership site for digital products, and I wondered if anyone had any recommendations for what I could use. This is what I am looking for :-

1) Offering a basic free membership - ie, you get stuff just for registered
2) Paid for membership (using Paypal) for monthly recurring fees

I'd appreciate any recommendations
