Does anyone on here do it?

If a cheap yet high quality prototype of a product can be created, or at least the idea can be put forward with as much detail as possible, then surely it feedback from crowdfunding sites is a way to go, plus it removes a lot of the risk of paying up front for products that may not sell.

I am thinking of using crowdfunding.

Anyone else use crowdfunding this way?

Crowdfunding from sites like Kickstarter and IndieGoGo is often overlooked by marketers. I have never used it myself but it's definitely a good option to see how much interest there is about the product and is a good way to get financial backing without a lot of stress. A lot of people do this for reactions and feedback, go for it
