A cool little tool to see how your site looks on different platforms

Hey all,

Check out this cool free tool to see how your site/s look on different platforms.

Its of vital importance that your site reacts an displays well in different arena's, don't get caught out!

Just enter your URL into the box and check the way its displayed, within the chosen platform.


How do people view your site?

    Uh, sorry to burst your bubble, but this doesn't really show you what a site looks like on different devices. You can test it for yourself.

    All this site is doing is blocking out the right hand side of the webpage to narrow the image down to the pixel width of the various devices.

    It doesn't really work. Do this test for yourself:
    1. copy the URL of this thread.
    2. drop that URL into the test tool.
    3. find your cell phone on his list of mobile devices and click it
    4. Now on your actual cell phone go to the warriorforum dot com.

    You will see the page is correct, but smaller on your phone. It is not correct on this website.

    Test it on any other sites that are not set up for mobile.

    Next do the same test with any tablet device you have even a Kindle Fire. Same problem.
