Referral Contest Solution for Wordpress (like Dropbox)

I am looking for a Wordpress solution for referral contests that mimics Dropbox:



I did find this refer-a-friend-widget-for-wp, but the licensing is expensive for a startup. ($19/month to $199/month)



Any ideas?

    I don't know but can show you another example, https://www.copy.com No mods not an affiliate link, they do 5 gigs free with referral.

    I would think that would be a hand coded script. I would expect to pay at least 200 for it.

    There are alot more plugins than that, and they are free, but what you showed I would think you would want to make it where it gave them something and your script automatically added it.

    I would find the closest plugin then head over to freelancer and see if I could get the changes for a 100. Just make sure its open source.

      Sounds good. You are probably right on. I would need customization to automatically apply the desired reward, such as X months free for X number of successful conversions.
