simply build your website and simply explain your products & requirement do some html tricks lilke make your title in h2 tag and post your pages in local classifieds and local directories, add in to google business places,do proper blogs and make a link to your website.

    Wonderful! You are just awesome. They way you define for getting traffic so simple, so easy. But I just want to define your words in a broad way. These are some steps which can follow step by step:
    1) Make some unique Content for our site.
    2) Write a Guest Posts For a related blog.
    3) Write A Controversial Article
    4) Write A "Top 10" Or "Top 100" List
    5) Article Marketing
    6) Answers or LinkedIn or Yahoo
    7) Release A Free eBook, Free Report or Cheat Sheet
    8) Create A Facebook Fan Page
    These are all simple techniques you can begin doing instantly to almost instantly get more visitors to your web or blog site and get more sales, so begin applying them these days.

        I agree with An.

        If traffic was simple no one would be asking questions on how to get traffic! Expect to work hard.

        Another traffic source is Facebook Groups and Google communities but you need to spend time to engage with people in the groups and build relationships.

    You could spend 6 months pissing about with 6 different traffic sources or spend 30 days mastering one, X6. Traffic is the easiest thing in the world to get, being disciplined enough to put the consistent work in to get it, is a whole nother story.

      One of the most effective ways of getting targeted traffic is guest posting. Although, it is not the easiest!

        I agree with you. Also, you cannot deny the power of solo ads. They also can bring laser targeted traffic.

    Easy to say it. Difficult to do. This is why SEO companies are there. They go to the trenches to do that boring stuff. I completely agree with your post.

    Why put your title in h2 tag instead of h1?
    I thought the practice was to put your keyword in an h1 title and then repeat it somewhere - or LSI keyword - in an h2 line.

      Do you know what is a site title? The original poster didn't. You really cannot define title with any other than <title>-tag.

      The OP is mixing title with heading tags.

      And what comes to getting traffic to your site, you have some much bigger issues than cultivating "keywords in titles"...

        Thanks for setting me straight. I was reading it as "header" not "title" for some reason. This whole thread is stupid though so doesn't much matter.

        So pray tell, what issues do you see with my site? I built it a long time ago but I don't mess with it because I have p1 rankings for some very good buyer keywords. I do plan to build a 2nd site using WP soon though so I'll accept feedback.

    To get traffic you have to to build strong social profiles like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ if you have good following you'll get thousands of referral traffic also you can submit your stories on different forums, article submission sites, social bookmarking and web 2.0 websites such as squidoo.com.....

    Agree to no easy fix. Either a ton of investment or a ton of elbow grease (with some investment in the right tools) is typically needed. At least for any niche that's even remotely worth dipping your toes into...
