Any recommendations for a motion graphics artist?

I'm pretty good with After Effects, but I've held off a project long enough as my skills do not match the storyboard/concept of what I'd like to create. So I've decided to outsource this. It's 4-5 videos, each a minute long.

Has anyone here done business with motion graphic artist with reasonable prices and awesome quality results?

Recommendations greatly appreciated.
