Building FREE web apps for clients

Hi Warriors. I want the ability for my clients to be able log into my website and be able to create free web apps for a particular niche.

I'm in the middle of setting up my website at the moment using wordpress. I know that WP is a bit limited, so I'm open to the idea of starting again using HTML etc.

I envisage it working by my clients choosing a template for the Web App they want, and then using some-sort of online form to choose what pages they want and to upload the information, whether its text or pictures.

Has anyone had experience of setting up something similar in the past?

    Well, wordpress is not limited in this capacity. However, what do you mean by "web app". Do you mean they can create an extension off of your domain and they can pick their options?
