paypal buisness account question

So I have a normally paypal account at the moment but I'm upgrading it to a buisness one and it's asking custermer service phone number, what do I put if I dont have one?

also do people have access to the address and stuff if they pay me through my paypal

      Hi folks, I think PayPal does display to other PayPal customers the website address and customer service number provided by Business account holders. This came up in a meeting recently so I am fairly certain that's the case. I'm in the UK, so maybe their privacy policy varies from country to country.
