Godaddy.com :-) Click on the hosting page :-)

MAKE SURE you get the hosting plan not the website builder :-)

    It's Like $8 a month For Unlimited Websites :-)

The majority of hosting providers use PayPal as it's a widely used service in addition to credit cards. What are your requirements & what type of site(s) are you looking to host? What is your budget as well?

I just started my first website and I just need a hosting plan. The only requirements are that it accepts paypal and that Im able to pay a month at a time. I only have around 110$ to start up and I can't use it all on hosting.

Hostgator does, though its form for creating a Paypal subscription could use some work.

I'd expect every other major host to accept Paypal.

I like keeping my domain registration and hosting separate. I use GoDaddy for domain registration (even though I don't agree with all of GoDaddy's practices) and Hostgator for shared hosting. I don't recommend Hostgator for VPS or dedicated hosting -- there are much better options out there.

Do you have a location preference? I own VeeroTech Systems so I can only ask questions without self promoting. Any decent shared host should suffice. I would recommend staying away from the unlimited disk space and bandwidth hosts as well as those owned by EIG.

How does location effect anything? I didn't know that mattered.

It really doesn't other than latency. Finding a good quality host always overrules a crappy one right next door. For example, we offer hosting in Texas & North Carolina. The majority of our customers choose Texas however, customers who have sites targeted to those on the east coast choose North Carolina. We also host a lot of local business solutions and they like the fact that we're in NC & so is their data. The data is also replicated (backups copied) to & from both sites. Some, just like their data a little closer to home as well.

You can pay a month at a time with hostgator and paypal. I do it quite often and other times with my credit card.

I don't remember the last time a host I used did not accept Paypal. Have to go back several years. ComfortHost created a subscription for me when I signed up. I'm not even sure they have another option (I would guess they do, but you probably have to ask).

I think most of the hosting providers here are using Paypal as their main method of payment. You just need to find a good and reliable host with great customer support and 99% uptime.

It is in a hosts best interest to make payment as easy as possible for you. Accepting Paypal ticks that box for us and many other good providers.

I would not make a decision based entirely on the payment gateways on offer though. Do your due diligence. Make sure the service is suited to your requirements. Look at their reviews/reputations. Ask others here on WF for their opinions on the shortlist you form.

Godaddy is the best service, it's reliable and cheap. It accepts paypal, visa, mastercard, american express and many others.

I've used GoDaddy (primarily) and Hostgator and both take PP.

I have, however, seen a few that don't - they are out there, but they're also virtually unknown, which always gives me cause for pause.
