New Yahoo Answers format with Add Media button

Early this morning the layout format of Yahoo Answers changed considerably, functionality is much the same, but with the addition of a graphic header and icon for each main category and an Add Media Button for uploading, not linking a graphic or video, this should make for a new dimention of spamming.

I don't recall seeing the Follow and U.S. Questions/All English Questions options before.

    In my opinion it will increase the effectiveness of Yahoo Answering.
    Firstly users can directly see the media files from yahoo answers itself. And people will be able to find their answer within the site itself. No longer they need to open new tab to see the image or video. As a result, I expect the site will become more responsive for the users.

    Secondly that is good if you are using yahoo answers for web marketing as your answer can be more visual and appealing.
