Commission Junction earnings dissapeared

Hello guys,

Recently I've started in the affiliate market and also joined the CJ. Yesterday I had my first sale, after a week maybe since i've launched my website, and my account balance had 11.5 EUR.

Few minutes ago I logged to see if there are any new sales today and I saw account balance = 0.00.

Could anyone of you please explain to me what is the cause of this? Thanks!

      I'm not really sure about that. You need to contact their customer support for you to clarify something, especially your customer's re-order. Also, try to ask your customer about his receipt number and other details for you to forward it to their customer support, so that everything will be verified, and hopefully you will be credited.
