Hi,

I would like to know what software/program/website/service you use to create the graphics for the free report? The ones that are found alongside an opt in form and on the front cover of the report...

As retsced already mentioned above, there are indeed a few decent online resources for creating your own ebook (if that really what you are looking for).

But if you want to save your time and get a quality work done in just a few days, there are many fiverr seller who would create a proffesional ebook cover for just 5 dollars.

  I use BoxShoot 3D and it works perfectly. Have lots of options and designs and can create without background, ideal to insert in opt in form...

  Generally they're created with Photoshop and some sort of ECover action script. So if you want to create them yourself, you'll need to be Photoshop savvy to start with and then have (probably purchased) an action script.
  
  Cover Actions Premium & Cover Actions Pro have some great actions. You'll find both sites with Google.
  
  Alternatively, you can get covers from Fiverr and many designers on this forum should you choose not to do them yourself.
