What are your recommendations for outsourcing?

I realize, "NOW," after attempting to do everything myself in niche research, product selection, domain selection purchase, hosting service, WordPress, Theme application, and I haven't even touched content with actually building out my website.

What would you list as quality outsourcing services that may benefit anyone in the establishment of their marketing website? I would like to get an idea on what these different services cost?

I ask this question based on the quality responses from a previous thread. I'm a great believer in prudent expenditure of my limited resources to people with expertise, who are able to accomplish a job in less time with high quality, vs. me trying to learn everything and screwing up in the learning process.

You guys have been there an done that. My desire is for this thread to be of service to many other people as a listing resource.

    It can take time to develop a good working relationship with someone that is both good at what they do, and available to help you when you need them. There are several good sites out there (rentacoder, elance, guru, odesk) that allow you to find freelancers. Sometimes you have to try a few before you find a good one.

    I've had good luck with elance, if you search for providers that have reviews in the past 6 months, you can get a feel for what kind of projects they do and how happy others are with their work.
