New Blog But Needs To Be Current News. How To Syndicate??

Ok I got some ideas for a sports blog / ecommerce site. The blog though has to include current sports info so of course this will be best with sports news that is syndicated.

My question is what is out there that will take new sports news and post it to my site. And by doing that how can I advise Google to not let this count as duplicate content but updated news.

What is the best step to do this. Also I dont want it to be just a 1 sentence RSS feed but a full post that can be added daily of different sports news that I can filter based on keyword.

Any suggestions please?
