How to move sites for free?

Is there any way for me to move a site from mine to a potential buyer?

Can someone give me the steps needed to move both the site and domain cause I don't know how to do it, and if possible the free way

Also how much would a site that has 800 UV//month be worth if not monetized?

    What kind of site is it? Is it Wordpress? Or HTML?

    WordPress › WP Clone by WP Academy « WordPress Plugins This is a free plugin for Wordpress. I have used it, and it works great for duplicating wordpress sites.

    You have to have a new hosting account already setup. And then you have to upload the plugin to the existing site, on the existing host.

    It gets tricky because the domain has to have the DNS settings redirected to the new hosting account, you won't be able to install a new instance of wordpress for the domain name.

    You don't need to move the domain, you just need to do a "push" to the new owner.
    Are you flipping this site?

    800UV a month without any money is not going to be worth much. Page Rank would be worth more. But if it has made any money, makes it valuable.

      I know when i bought a website off someone they put all the files for wordpress in Dropbox and gave me the info to download them.

      Using godaddy they just pushed the domain to my account and i just accepted and then pointed the new domain to my hosting using the nameservers.

    I wouldn't personally do this, but if you MUST do it for free, and it is the only domain in your godaddy account, you can just give them the login info. Again this is a very bad idea for a lot of reasons, but could be used as a last resort kind of thing.
