Is 8% conversion rate on Fiverr good?

Hi

I am a Level 2 seller on Fiverr. When I checked my gig it shows almost 8% conversion rate for the particular gig. Although I am OK with this data but I really want to know is it good or just average?

I've made 22 sales the last 7 days and have a conversion rate of 2.7% so compared to me, your conversion rate is good, but it depends on how you advertise your service too.
I'm trying out different things to promote and advertise my gig on Fiverr and that's the reason I have a low conversion rate, but if you're not doing any advertising at all, it's decent in my opinion. My goal is to have about 15-20% conversion rate with my advertising included.

Frankly speaking , I have not anything to promote my gig. However, in my view, good rating is also responsible for the conversion. I would like to know the conversion rate for other sellers who are also on this forum.

That is pretty good for a gig. I sell on Fiverr, and I have a lower conversion. Anything above one is pretty good and people will look at a lot of gigs. Most are simply browsing around so do not worry. I wonder what the industry average is.

I had a big variety of gigs sold in fiverr during the last 2 years, and my best converting gigs converted at around 15%. Keep in mind that those gigs had promotional videos and a detailed gig description.

So 8% conversion rate is quite good, it's above the average for sure.
In my opinion, your gig and profile ratings are the main conversion factors, but you can certainly improve your conversion rate by adding a promotional video (I see you don't have one), get a more proffesional, high quality profile image and gig images (Your current gig image quality is terrrible), and lastly - make your gig description more attractive.

    I hope that helps!

From what I've read on other forums, 8% is definitely better than most people are doing. If you're trying to increase it, the #1 thing you need to be concentrating on is getting more positive reviews.

8% conversion sounds pretty good to me. Tweak your gigs to have them convert even higher.

To me that seems pretty good. I guess it depends what your gig is for exactly but 8% sale conversion is pretty good.

That's a really good conversion rate!

When I experimented with Fiverr, the best conversion rate I got on one of my gigs was 2.3% so you are doing quite well. A lot of the time it is trial and error with optimizing your cover photo and altering the description but you can get a good idea of what works and what doesn't after looking at changes in the conversion rate after modifying the gig.
