List Building - How to Earn Money Online?

Hi All,

I have created a new list for a site that gets around 1500 unique visitors a month. On an average I am getting 8-10 new subscribers daily.

Currently I have around 60 subscribers. Can you please advise how to earn money from my list?

Can you please share some ideas on how to monetize? Currently I am using MailChimp? Should I switch to any other list building service?

I use aWeber for my list building.

Ummm, depending on your list, you can sell to your subtly by offering them certain products from Clickbank, WSOs. If your list is mainly IM, then I would look into promote WSOs via JVZoo or Warrior Plus. If you're not comfortable writing emails yourself, then you can copy the swipes that most product creators give to affiliates to help market to their lists.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi,

I Suggest to You first to know what do they have favourite to?
then you need to provide to them many FREE info about what they like to know
then after you build with them your trust up then you can offer to them some products from click bank or other digital platforms..

I hope that I helped You,

Right now I'm currently using Aweber. Focus on growing and building your list on a consistent basis. As for monetizing your list, start by providing value (blog posts, videos, ebooks, etc.) and get them to know you and get comfortable with you.

Then choose an offer within your niche. Simply mail it to them and those interested will bite. It does take copywriting skills and other sales skills to do really well with this. I recommend you get a mentor and learn what it takes to make it happen.

You should certainly read their terms of service very carefully indeed, and then read these threads (and/or many others like them) to understand exactly how they're interpreted and applied.

And specifically, if you ever intend to do any affiliate marketing, either at Mailchimp or elsewhere, you need to leave Mailchimp behind, as quickly as possible.

I would also recommend Aweber as an autoresponder. Yes, it costs a bit but it's definitely worth paying for. This is not the place to save in my opinion.

You can find products on JVZoo and Clickbank and market them to your list but make sure the product is relevant to your audience. Even better, create your own product! But the benefit of affiliate products is that you can start marketing to them straight away.

    1) Pick a couple of quality products you want to promote
    2) Write 10 - 20 email messages that provide value to your list
    3) Insert links to the products you have already picked out

Just make sure your messages are engaging, entertaining and NOT boring mundane crap you're used to getting from other lazy marketers.

Monitor your opens, clickthroughs and sales.

Ditch the messages that aren't converting and replace, or change them up until you get the desired result. Once you have an autoresponder series that's getting you results, you'll know how much you're making per month, per subscriber. Adapt, tweak and keep adding to your autoresponder series.

Send up to date content via broadcasts at least once a week. Survey your list to find out their most pressing issues and then segment your list accordingly.

Ignore the bad advice to just give free content and swipe other email messages. Your list is YOUR asset, so you need to be YOU. Tell stories about your personal experiences and tie a product promotion into the message.

Sell more than anyone tells you to. Fact is. People love to buy stuff. Just make sure the products you promote are genuinely valuable.

To make more sales. Simply set up a specific day of the week where you review a marketing product for your list. Creating a video demonstrating the product in use...is even better. Make sure to review products that you think are rubbish once in a while too, and advise your subscribers to steer clear - and then provide an alternative that is much better, and maybe even less expensive.

For example: If i want to promote a squeeze page software program. I would create a video demonstration of the software in action. I would create a cracking squeeze page "live" in front of my list using the software. Great way to make sales.

For free content I like to create short video tutorials that show them how to save money. Like how to create ecovers for free. Or how to create stunning graphics inside powerpoint. How to create banners, CTA buttons, fancy text etc. How to set up simple free scrips to get their content shared. How to create business cards to drive offline prospects to their offers.

My personal recommendation is to email your list every day. Most people like to mail 2 - 3 times a week, and this is fine too. But, I talk to my girlfriend every day. I talk to my friends and family every day. Why wouldn't I communicate with the people on my list every day? I would. I do. And I'm a welcome guest inside their inbox because I provide value. After all, people come online every day to learn something. So it makes no sense that they wouldn't want to learn something from a trusted source who has their best interests at heart.

I love it when people unsubscribe and even more when they send me messages complaining about getting too many messages. They are EXACTLY the people I don't want on my list. I even go as far as to create 2 and 3 page squeeze pages to qualify the right kind of subscriber onto my list.

Email marketing is that important. You MUST put the work in to weed out the time wasters and focus ONLY on the people who WANT to read your messages, every fricking day.

I don't know how many emails I ignore inside my inbox on a daily basis. But if there's one person who is ALWAYS there inside my inbox, and that person gives out great content, then I'm going to open their messages more often than the people who only send messages once in a while. Makes sense, right?

Okay, I'm waffling here. I'll stop.

Aweber is very famous, you can use that. It's simple but sometimes I find their interface messy. You can search for good products on ClickBank. Just be sure to find relevant products from your market.

I can't add much to the above advice, but do I suggest using (or at least considering) Sendy as a mail service.
