Hi Warriors,

I am just trying to get your views on realistic goal setting vs actual results.

What traffic generation methods do you primarily use and what is your monthly goal / actual results for the following time periods?

1 Month
3 Months
6 Months
1 Year
2 Years
5 Years

    I'm using SEO & PPC to drive traffic to my sites.

    I have been doing this since 2010, and it took me a lot of time to get over the learning curve, knowing the difference between whitehat & blackhat, testing, failing, tracking etc...

    Alternatively, you can use forums to drive targeted traffic
    Listbuilding
    Media buys
    Solo ads

    etc..

    But I would stick with one strategy until you master it. It can take a while (for me it took over 2 years), but eventually you will get to that. Unfortunately (in most cases) it takes a lot of time and failing

    About your thread, well.. Let's take one of my latest websites. I'm using SEO to drive traffic to this site.

    My goal was to get in the top 3 within five months, I managed to do it within 3 months.
    My traffic goal was 1000 visitors per day, now I'm receiving 1500 per day.
    My $$$ goal was $5000 per month, but it's making 3x more.
