Tried Exit Rescue but it didn't work.
Are there any other ones that don't cost more than 30 bucks and has great features?

      That one looks great...however, it doesn't say anything about exit popups on their sales page.

    Here's one that is $11, call Easy exit pop up manager. Great support by the way.

    It has the basic pop up feature, I don't know what feature you are looking for so check it out
