Adcenter+Payoneer - Doesn't Work?

Anyone use their Payoneer card as an adcenter payment method?

I have tried adding the card three times and each time I get a message saying the card cannot be verified, please double check the information and make sure it is correct...On top of that I get $1 for a failed transaction each time I do that. Any ideas?

    Was the card verified and activated?

    Also..did it have at least $3 balance on it?

    Those above things are important for verification!

    The Payoneer card is a Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card, and can be used online where MasterCard is accepted.

    As a prepaid card, however, you'll need to make sure that it's both activated and preloaded with funds before using it. If you're still unable to make the purchase, you can contact our customer support department and they will be able to check your transaction history and assist you further.
