How much should I pay for this?

I'm setting up a membership site right now using DAP, Optimizpress and Wordpress.

I've posted a job on eLance to have someone set up the back end to make sure everything is running and configured correctly since I've never done it before.

Since I've never done it before, I don't know how much I should pay...

People are proposing anywhere between 200-657 dollars and I'm a little puzzled..

I have all of my content created and can handle the graphics and whatnot for the most part. I'm only asking for them to configure the back end as far as payment gateways, auto responders, etc. to make sure that when people sign up, everything runs smoothly.

Any idea of what I should actually be paying for something like this?

    Hi Cory,

    From what you say I think you have done most of the hard work, things can be be a bit tricky with multiple applications but I think you would be looking at around $200 end as pretty easy to integrate your payment processor and optimise come with excellent support you might be able to go through and fix yourself if trying to save money - personally

    I would give it a go as their are excellent videos on it just search youtube - people often take advantage when stuck but I could get complete site done for $800 from scratch so would not pay over the odds -

    look on fiverr as their are talented people on their too very reasonably priced hope this helps

    Whoever you select, just make sure they are professionals

    Often when we select the lowest bidder, they may not complete the project on time and will create further head aches for others.

    This is the main reason that i stay away from freelancing sites.

    In my opinion, forums are the best place to get people as you know what a person is capable of and if he can complete the task on time checking the reputation and history on the forum.
