Alternatives to Paypal?

Ok, I've been a fan of Paypal since 1999. Loved them because it was a quick setup and no monthly fees....however, the more I sell, the more money they seem to hold in a reserve AND...they just swipe the money right out of my account anytime there is a "I didn't make this charge" claim...before I can even respond. Tired of it. They have more of my $ held captive than I have in my own bank account.

Any alternatives that anyone has had a good, longterm experience with? Anything else out there that does not have a huge setup and monthly fee? I am looking for something that is a short step process for the buyer, something that they don't need to be a member of in order to check out (like Amazon or Google) and something that has only a couple of screens for the checkout process. Any recommendations?

Try 2checkout.com or http://gumroad.com/. Both pay into your US bank account weekly.

It won't help with the "I didn't make this charge" claims in case if 2co payment was done via PayPal.

Moneybookers, or Amazon; but really there is no really good alternative to PayPal.

Here are a lot of alternatives but I only use Paypal myself.
But these may be useful in some countries moreso than others.

I have used Moneybookers several times. They provides really good services to transfer money and I think it is the best alternative of paypal.

Try not to get so many disputes though and it will be less of an issue. But I would also add 2checkout IN ADDITION to paypal. People love PayPal so much, ive seen the removal of PayPal hurt conversion rates. You could also try Dwolla, although I have no experience with them, they seem to be the new big thing.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.
