Anyone else had these problems

So the last week I had 16 sales drop as the payments where instantly reversed by jvzoo and support was super keen to fix the issue..NOT

After the first 7 I contacted PayPal as was not sure what the heck was going on,
So after half hour on phone with PayPal they came back and said its an error on jvzoo end with adaptive payment link.

So went jvzoo support and submitted ticket and got message back saying we will get back to you soon so thought okay fair enough then more sales went same way so i went back to the support ticket and sent another message telling them more sales where being reversed no reply they just switched my ticket from open to private so I knew someone was on the other end so messaged again as I'd already lost over $260 so far with this and had affiliates that had mailed so was more traffic due. And I got no reply again that day

2 days later finally got reply and they asked for all transaction id's
So sent them all that and never heard anything back.

But now I can't login in to support any more as it just keeps coming up cross site forgery error

I cleared cookies browser history no joy,
Support After telling me to clear cookies etc 3 times after already telling them I had done it before submitting the ticket.

Support went quite yet again


I'm also owed over $400 in commissions that have been stuck in the queue which the said was issue due to PayPal

Which they told me 15 days ago was now fixed and would be paid within 10 days

Guess what its 15 days and no sign and they seem to have removed the delayed commissions stats now so we now have no way of knowing.

Or it's just mine because I keep on at them to get these issues sorted

But when it's 5 months past the date when I should have received my commissions

Then they should expect some flack.



I'm wondering if anyone else has had issue like this with jvzoo and I'm also wondering how many commissions from products iv promoted have been reversed like what happened with my product?

    Wow, haven't used JVZoo yet. I was actually considering using it in the future, but things like this might change my mind.

    I have not had these issues that I am aware of, although I do hate there support it is very lengthy to get a reply back.

    I mean its about your money so I would think maybe six hours during working hours and not the 24 hours most take, now I do get back fast responses some times but others are very slow. I think if they would post there hours that would be better.

    I also think I have had problems everywhere but it's how it's resolved that makes a difference to me. I mean scripts change from website to website every once in a while and some things just wont work right.

    This isn't the JVZoo I know.

    And I can tell you, if the problem you are having is as big as it seems, and it were my issue, I would have had the issue solved almost instantly.

    Take a look around, the JVZoo crew isn't hard to find.

    And when you do find them - ask them kindly to look into the issue you are having.

    I bet they get it fixed quickly.

      Hi i have been talking with them for last 4+ months or so and the issue still hasn't been solved and now more issues have come up not and support is terrible

      believe me i have been trying to get it solved i have been on at them number of times daily.

      but now i can't login support to my tickets
      I just keep getting sent software to download told to clear my cookies and then trying to explain my problems and who i was previous dealing with before i was unable to login to support is like pulling teeth as none must communicate with each other

      and then they just stop replying altogether for few days


      also here is a thread of someone from 04/30/2013 that's was having same issue with commission payments, along with others

    Well still no reply from Bryan or jvzoo support who I have messaged twice today.. Safe to say I'm through with jvzoo once this gets sorted
