I'm looking for an affiliate program that will allow me to pay affiliates per lead conversion

I'm new to this forum but I've heard good things about it! (Hi everybody!)

I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I just need to be pointed in the right direction. I think the subect line pretty well sums it up. I'm looking for an affiliate program that will allow me to pay affiliates per lead conversion on my website.

My company generates thousands of leads in Canada per month in the automotive retail sector and in turn sells those leads to car dealerships. Traffic has been ramping up quite aggressively to our website, but I want to see if there is an affiliate program I can use to continue to boost results.

Conversion rates are very good, and virtually all qualified leads are in turn sold, which means we can offer a pretty generous commission per successful conversion to participating affiliates.

We can provide affiliates with a simple tool like a banner, or something a little more complex like an opt-in widget that can be embedded in their own blog or website. (All the usual affiliate marketing goodies and then some)

The problem I'm finding right now is that popular affiliate networks like CJ, Clickbank, Patdotcom, etc. all seem to require the presence of a physical or digital product for sale, warranting an instant exchange of funds between customer, affiliate, affiliate network, and vendor. (Rather than a revenue share model like we're offering)

If anyone here at WF can point me to a program that would faciliate what I'm looking for, I'd be truly grateful. Thank you!
