Who can I hire to install a blog theme ?

i have a crummy little site

i've installed WP

but none of the links to WP (at bottom of site) work when clicked on

who can i hire to install a nice looking basic theme for the site , and get the links to work when clicked on ?

(sorry, all i know is ancient and antique html 101)

    There is a services section of the forum. I’m sure you could find someone in there. Alternatively, perhaps someone will respond to your thread. There are a lot of tutorials on how to install a theme on a WP site as well. If you are so inclined its not that hard to learn.

    Yeah, I wouldn't pay someone to do this, or if you really want to pay, just go on Fiverr and find someone. But I wouldn't even take the Fiverr route. There are plenty of free WordPress tutorials that will show you how to install a theme. For example:

    Using Themes « WordPress Codex

    Your web host may have tutorials as well.
