I would love to have an in depth conversation regarding a project that I am trying to build. It is a platform for people to create a digital brochure for their products. The typical workflow for someone who just created a product is to promote it, which entails buying a domain name, hosting, code the pages, and then some, all in the name of providing a place for people to learn more about the products, like a brochure. What if there is a platform, community driven with a powerful page builder that enables user to create a highly converting brochure for their products.
The definition of a digital brochure is one page that is focused on a product. A workflow of someone using this platform, let's take an ebook author who just finished writing his or her ebook, the author would then register the url to the product and will get the following pattern: http:<project name>.com/<author name>/<ebook title> after that, the author will be greeted with a page builder that has a collection of pre-made, highly converting templates that the community can upload and share. All the author needs to do then, through the page builder, fill the templates with components such as testimonials section, image gallery, Paypal buttons, analytics, and of course these components can be uploaded and shared by community members. The end result, the author will have a digital brochure for the ebook that is informative, interactive, beautiful, SEO friendly with no coding involved that potential customers can purchase the product directly.
The platform is of course a paid service, because it still needs to host the user's digital product (or physical product) but it sure cost a heck a lot less compared to maintaining a domain name, hosting, bandwidth, etc.
