How do you get your eBooks to sell

I just created my first two eBooks and have only had one sale in two months. I recently went from Barnes and Noble and switched over to Amazon, which I'm now realizing the platform wasn't the problem because I'm not selling any on Amazon either.

How do you start bringing in the sales?

    Sell your ebook on your own site and spike up the price. Either on your own site or Amazon (or wherever...) you will have to drive traffic to it so that you can get more eyeballs to your offer. Learn traffic generation. Were you able to get the name and email address of the 2 people who bought from you? How big is the niche?
