Best Cost-per-sale Network?

I am working with a company interested in using affiliates to sell their consumer electronics product. It's fairly unique, new, and competitively priced. Looking for a network with a lot of international traffic as the product ships anywhere internationally for free, and the site uses geoip for 11 languages at this point. The price point is around 70-90 depending on the country.
Also looking for a network with strong compliance policies, not looking to work directly with any affiliates.
