Solo ad tracking question

Hey guys, the other day I sent out a solo, got a few optins, the vendor told he he sent over the 100 clicks ordered, however on linktracker, it doesn't show the links. They claim there is nothing wrong with their system. What is a scenario where this would occur? thanks

    Ask the vendor for the delivery proof. Then compare both reports (his report and your tracker's report) and analyze them.

      tracking clicks yes. He doesn't have an ip report
