What is Your House List Conversion Rate?

Hey Guys,

I know many people here do a lot of marketing to lists so I'm interested to see what conversion rates people are getting via email to their house lists.

On an unattended sale im getting anywhere between 1-3% on low ticket items and 0.2-0.5% on high ticket items. I feel like I should be getting more but im told this about right when I speak to other marketers doing the same thing.

PS. Definition of house list: A list that you built yourself from your current or prospective customers. I know 99% of people know that but there is always the 1%...

pps I'm talking about lists generated from squeeze pages from targetted traffic so its a pretty high quality list.
